Easy, Timely, and Convenient The dealership was very easy to do business with, and the salesman was knowledgeable and personable. I knew I wanted an Escape, but I didn't know what size engine. The salesman suggested that I drive cars with both size engines, which made my decision very easy. I decided on a color, both interior and exterior, and asked about getting a trailer hitch. In no time the salesman found me a car and had it delivered within a couple of days. He also took an adequate amount of time to show me how to use all the features and to sync my phone to the car. The dealership is convenient because if you need rides back and forth from your home, they provide a driver. They also have a car rental booth right inside the dealership. Financing couldn't have been easier. I just completed a form, spoke to the financial guy, and received credit within a day or two. Overall, it was a very easy process for me. More
