Wonderful Experience. I had been to another Ford dealership a couple of years ago and found myself in a situation that I did not want to be in and could not find anyone to I had been to another Ford dealership a couple of years ago and found myself in a situation that I did not want to be in and could not find anyone to help me. After going to several dealerships, someone recommended Lamoureux Ford to me. When I got there, Bill Thibaud approached me to see if he could help me. I told him my story and how upset I was because things had not been explained right to be and didn't know what to do. I gave him all my paperwork and he explained how things worked and advised me to keep my car until May at which time he would help me. Well I ended up going back the beginning of April and hoped Bill would remember our conversation. Not only did he remember me and my situation but offered to take care of it right then and there. I think this is the first time a car salesman was not only true to his word but went above and beyond. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. If you are looking to get a car, give Lamoureux and Bill a try. More

Great Buying Experience We have been looking for the right car for our family and while we drove by one day we noticed it. The salesperson, Bob Parker, was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful with any questions or concerns we had about the vehicle. It was comforting that we were able to take the vehicle for a test drive without the awkwardness of having to drive with someone else in a passenger seat. We had a few questions, which the service manager was able to also answer and we decided to purchase our 'dream car'. The paperwork was stress-less and Peter who helped with the finalization of the paperwork was delightful to speak with and very informative with a sense of ease in helping us navigate through the different signatures and paperwork, and within 24 hours we were driving off in our new vehicle.
