When I went to pick up my truck Gary went over everything with me in detail and had all the paperwork ready when I arrived. I was even impressed that other staff members helped Gary complete items to move the sale along in a timely fashion. There is a reason they are at the top for sales and customer satisfaction. It was meant to be! Bill listened carefully as I explained everything about my car needs. I personally was discouraged, because I had not been able to get a car elsewhere Bill listened carefully as I explained everything about my car needs. I personally was discouraged, because I had not been able to get a car elsewhere. I had my little daughter with me and she pointed to our car we have now. Bill actually recommended we fill out an application for that particular car. Their team appraised my vehicle. In the meantime I had to go get my older daughter from school. On way back to the dealership I get a call from Bill saying we were approved. Once there we signed a whole bunch of paperwork and we drove away with ourlittle car about 45 minutes after that. I have never experienced anything like this ever. It took about two hours from start to finish to get the car. Bill was professional, kid friendly and super efficient and I got the feeling he cared about making sure we found just the right car for us. It is still surreal to us at times, but Bill helped is have a reliable and safe car and I am grateful! More

A perfect buying experience I took my son to Lamoureux looking for a used car to get him back and forth to work. After talking to my son about what he was looking for, he came back with a list of cars...we took a 2014 ford focus out for a ride and my son fell in love with the car. John never pressured us to rush our decision. He spoke to my son about the cars features making sure my son understood every detail. I was very impressed with how he treated my son! He was always respectful of my my son and made him feel like he was the one buying the car not me. John took care of everything...filled the gas tank, new inspection sticker, went over the car front to back. When my son picked up the car you couldn't tell the difference between the new cars and his "new" used car. It was immaculate! Our experience was flawless! And I can't recommended Lamoureux Ford enough! As a matter of fact I'm sending my older son out there to buy a truck! Once you go you'll understand! Highly recommend them!! More
