Purchase of new car I purchased a 2016 Ford Focus in March 2017. This is my fourth new car purchase with Lamoureux Ford, and Bill Thibaud has been my sales representativ I purchased a 2016 Ford Focus in March 2017. This is my fourth new car purchase with Lamoureux Ford, and Bill Thibaud has been my sales representative for each purchase. I travel an hour from my home to do business with Lamoureux. I was referred to Bill by a friend who knew I was unhappy with the service department at the dealership I was dealing with at the time. Bill listened as I outlined what I needed for a car, and made recommendations accordingly. At our first meeting, I found Bill to be honest and fair, and that has continued through the multiple purchases that followed. From the beginning, one of my non-negotiable requirements was a service dept that treated me honestly and fairly as well. Bill knew I was leaving my previous dealership due to problems with the service dept, and undertood I would do the same if the service dept at Lamoureux failed my expectations - no matter how great the sales experience was. He assured me that the service dept at Lamoureux would take excellent care of my car and would keep me in the loop regarding anything unexpected. The service dept at Lamoureux has fulfilled Bill's promise over the years. Bill continues to make recommendations that fit my needs regarding transportation, and he takes care of everything - the new registration, the new car inspection, notification of my insurance company of all the information they need, including cancellation of the old plates/registration. When I bought my 2016 Focus, all I had to be concerned about was driving the car home and enjoying the ride. I was referred to Bill at Lamoureux years ago, and I have referred folks to him since then. He provides excellent sales support, and he knows the service dept well. The business transaction doesn't end with the sale. It continues for the life of the relationship a client has with Lamoureux. I travel an hour from my home to do business at Lamoureux. That kind of says it all. More

Not what I expected A few weeks back after a major snowstorm my daughter describes a significant concern with the way her car is handling. The problem appeared so bad she A few weeks back after a major snowstorm my daughter describes a significant concern with the way her car is handling. The problem appeared so bad she pulled the car off to the side of the road and called her father to rescue her (Friday night). We both had plans for the morning and I asked her to get to the service department first thing when they open (8am) and if she was lucky they may be able to check out the problem or if nothing else give her an appointment for Monday. I know Saturdays are booked sold and chances were good she would not get in. Long story short 10am I get a call the car was still having problems and she had not gone in for service but was heading there now...two hours prior to the service department closing (not looking good). I don't know all the details but from what I understand my daughter arrives at Lamoureux Ford around 10:30, talks to Joe Seymour, explains the problem. Joe gets her car in for service, the mechanic (don't know who) identifies the problem, it's an easy fix and my daughter is back on the road before noon. I never would have expected this level of service so late in the day. Why do I tell this story? my family is my world and my child's safety is my priority. This is not the first time the service department has gone above expectations to insure the safety of someone I love. I appreciate relationship I have with Sales (John Boxshus) and all members of the Service Department...and this is one more reason why friends send their friends to Lamoureux Ford.
