We have about 7 other dealerships that are within 5-15 minutes of us and 2 of them are Ford dealerships however we continue to go over 40 minutes each way to get our vehicles from Marc. He doesn't make you feel like he is just dealing with another sale but that you are a valued customer every time. He also checks in to make sure everything is ok or if there are any issues and makes them right if there are. Lamoureux Ford and Marc Lamoureux are not like every other dealership they are leaps and bounds above them. More

Lamoureux Ford accommodated me on short notice to repair a leak to the Service: I needed my truck fixed fast and my prior dealership couldn't deliver. Lamoureux Ford accommodated me on short notice to repair a leak to the transmission on my 2010 F150 prior to a snowstorm. No drama, great service, great job. Sales: While waiting for the above repair to be completed, I killed some time by walking the truck lot, not intending to buy anything. A 2016 F150 Platinum caught my eye and I made casual inquiry. Enter Marc Kokansky. "Koko" introduced himself and gave me the facts and details of the truck with a no-nonsense, no-pressure, professional delivery. He also advised he would have a value estimate for my current truck that was under repair and also delivered. I remained interested and returned later and without prior notice to drive the truck; Koko was ready and had me behind the wheel in no time. I loved the truck, had a certain price I was looking for and Koko worked with me to make a deal. No drama with financing, no drama with closing the deal and I ultimately purchased a great truck with the features I wanted. Most impressive: Lamoureux worked as a team. Due to a change in my schedule, I arrived a day early to trade in my truck and pick up the new one; not a problem. I was reasonably accommodated courtesy of Bob Pillsbury, the vehicle was clean and ready, a detailed tutorial was provided by Derek Bachand, and Marc Lamoureux the dealership owner made it a point to walk out to the parking lot to shake my hand and thank me for my Army service before I drove off. The next day, Koko gave me a follow-up phone call, got the vehicle inspected on short notice, and here I sit writing this review. Painless, efficient, drama free and professional, that's what I've found at Lamoureux. I had a great experience and plan on returning. 5 Stars. More

We had previously purchase vehicles from Lamoureux Ford but this time we had heard t This is how I would describe the purchase of our new F250 Truck. We had previously purchase vehicles from Lamoureux Ford but this time we had heard that another Ford dealer had better deals, that was a mistake. That dealer didn't listen to us they were just focus on the sale not the customer. When we stopped at Lamoureux it was different. Bill Thibaut was very friendly and helpful in trying to help us to decide on what truck we wanted a 2016 leftover, 2017 on the lot, or to order one just the way we wanted it. Bill took the time to go though and explained each option we could get on an order truck. He gave us prices for all the options and told us to go home and think about what we wanted so we would be happy with our purchase. A few days later we decide to order a truck and again Bill took the time to make sure we were getting everything we wanted (for me that was the right color). While the truck was on order Bill kept in touch to let us know when to expect it he also help in getting us rebates that Ford offered. We would recommend Bill to anyone who asked. Also we were say that all the employee were friendly there. More
