We were in contact and the assistant manager was horrible this time around. Acted completely different to me when I was by myself then when I was there with a male when I was there with my dad he agreed it was a horrible job and that it would be taken care of at no charge. I went in to meet with him and he Did not help fix problem when I went in he completely blew me off saying there was nothing anyone can do about it and that I should be greatful I wasn’t charged anything for their mess up! And then tried to charge me $1000 for their mistakes. Pitiful place I will no longer be going to Lancaster Hyundai I will drive to a different location.
