I was simply getting an oil change, but like always, they tell me how filthy my engine or cabin filter is. Overall Jerrielle was great. Was disappointed that I was charged for a rotation of tires when I declined it since it was performed last time. When I was asked by the lady checking me out, she was snippy abo charged for a rotation of tires when I declined it since it was performed last time. When I was asked by the lady checking me out, she was snippy about it and told me I would need to speak to Jerri even though she didn’t check me in.
