Worst new car shopping experience I have ever had. Salesperson was lethargic at best. They waited for days to follow up on initial visit then bargained with me on a vehicle that apparently had already Salesperson was lethargic at best. They waited for days to follow up on initial visit then bargained with me on a vehicle that apparently had already been sold. They twice asked me what they could do to earn my business, I told them, and each time it fell through. My advise to other consumers is to shop American. The dealers are eager to bargain and go out of their way to make the customer happy. Never again.. More

We stopped by to look at a car we saw on line - we were greeted by Chris who was very helpful but not pushy! As we took a test drive, a "deal" was worked up for us just in case. The service department is horrible!!! They don’t keep you informed of what’s wrong with your car and they don’t return your calls when they have your car my car been there two weeks got it back not even in 2 informed of what’s wrong with your car and they don’t return your calls when they have your car my car been there two weeks got it back not even in 24 hours now my car is back there with 3 other problems after they said my car was fine. Horrible customer service in the service department I don’t not recommend there service department. More
