I recently came across online ads for the 2018 Hyundai Tucson. I was impressed with the styling and decided to try a test drive. My wife and I met with Lancaster Hyundai salesman Kyle Sterner and test drove a 2018 Tucson. Kyle was great to work with and created a deal that fit our budget. He never pressured us and was quick to work out the arrangements. Business Manager Doug Pintarch was awesome as he made the paperwork process smooth and fun. I've never dealt with Lancaster Hyundai, so I went there not knowing what to expect. I spoke with salesman Kyle Sterner, who from the start, was courteous, professional and one of the best salespeople I've ever worked with. I went in to Lancaster Hyundai knowing what make, model and features I wanted on my vehicle of interest (a Tuscon) which was to be a 50th birthday present for my wife. Kyle located a vehicle and that evening we agreed to a price during a brief exchange of text messages. It was one of the most pleasant negotiations I ever had with a dealership. Kyle was concise with no game playing at all with the numbers. My advice to anyone is...KNOW what you want to pay ahead of time. It saves a lot of hassle. Kyle didn't stop impressing there either. He worked with me to set up a surprise delivery to my wife which took place on their lot 3 days later. Kyle not only went above and beyond to make the deal happen, he delivered the car to my wife with a big bow in total surprise to her! I can't speak for other salespeople at Lancaster Hyundai, but Kyle is exceptional and he truly made the process of buying this car enjoyable and a memorable experience that my wife is still talking about!! great service & great price After deciding what vehicle we wanted (Hyundai Elantra) I called 3 Hyundai dealerships & explained to all of them that I was interested the Elantra th After deciding what vehicle we wanted (Hyundai Elantra) I called 3 Hyundai dealerships & explained to all of them that I was interested the Elantra they had on their website (they all were within 300 dollars of each other) & I explained that I hate to car shop & I hate to haggle...I said I would like to stay local, but I was willing to travel if the deal was worth it...I asked them to give me their BEST deal...Lancaster County Motors gave me the best deal (yes I did not stay local, so it was a very good deal)….I actually got such a good deal I purchased the Value edition instead of the Sel edition...the Value edition from LCM was only $200 more than the Sel edition from my local dealer (the Value edition included a sun roof & heated seats & mirrors)...not bad for $200 more...Thank you LCM More
