The purchase of my 2018 Elantra was fast, efficient, accommodating, caring, and respectful. I did not feel pushed, I was offered beverages, and when we realized a misunderstanding w was fast, efficient, accommodating, caring, and respectful. I really enjoy working with this company. They check on you later after your purchase to make sure you are happy with it. They remind you of services needed and are always welcoming. My particular sales person even gave me his cell number to call him if I have any struggles. I usually text him with gratitude and excitement as I find new gadgets in my new car. To top it off, they have an incentive of 100$ for the person who sent you to their store. Boy, will that person be surprised!!!! Oh, and my sales person made sure I was all hoked up to my car play, blue tooth, etc. before I even left. That way I did not fee in the dark about it. I had a ful tank of gas and so much fun with my first brand new car with all the bells and whistles! So worth it!!! More
