The sales manager tried to argue with us that it is always done and protects the car. More BS, however our sales person was nice, and the transaction was completed in record time. We are still waiting for the $50 visa gift card promised for the test drive. But I love my elantra and would go back to Lancaster Hyundai to buy another. More

We felt trusted and Kyle showed us everything that we asked of him. We also did financing through the dealership even though we already were accepted by our credit union. The person we dealt with with the financing was also great. He made filling out the paperwork simple and had a great sense of humor. When we are ready to car shop again we would certainly be going back to Lancaster Hyundai. More
