Honest Dealership with great leadership! I communicated with John Sweeney via the internet and phone for over a week about a vehicle. John had great patience and responded to my emails in a I communicated with John Sweeney via the internet and phone for over a week about a vehicle. John had great patience and responded to my emails in a timely manner. We live almost an hour away, so thankfully the vehicle was still there when were finally able to make it to the dealership. The atmosphere of the dealership is not like others. You're not pressured when you walk in, everyone is kind and John, being the Manager is not hidden in an office and takes a personal approach with his customers. He sits outside in his own kiosk with nothing to hide or whisper about. Emily was our salesperson. Emily is very sweet and kind. She made us feel welcome immediately. We got a fair price on the car and my wife and I were given plenty of space by Emily, so we could discuss the vehicle and if we were going to purchase it. They also let us hold the car with a deposit until our Credit Union check arrived. I can not say enough great things about this dealership. I trust them and will be a returning customer. Great Personal Assistance When my 2004 Hyundai Elantra, purchased at Lancaster County Motors in 2007, developed major issues I decided it was time to head back to that dealersh When my 2004 Hyundai Elantra, purchased at Lancaster County Motors in 2007, developed major issues I decided it was time to head back to that dealership. The same salesperson, Kyle Sterner, who sold me that car was still there. I called and went in to see him. I have problems making decisions but he was so patient through the process. I drove several cars after which Kyle helped me go over the pros and cons and answered my many questions. I wasn't sure about owning a white vehicle so Kyle checked and found the same vehicle in another color which they could have gotten for me. I ultimately opted for the white (probably much to his relief). Kyle never once acted like I was putting him through too much or causing him stress. All of the people I spoke with at the dealership; the receptionist on the phone, the cashier, the service scheduler and other salespeople seem to be so very nice and friendly. More
