The sales manager tried to argue with us that it is always done and protects the car. More BS, however our sales person was nice, and the transaction was completed in record time. We are still waiting for the $50 visa gift card promised for the test drive. But I love my elantra and would go back to Lancaster Hyundai to buy another. More

The person we dealt with with the financing was also great. He made filling out the paperwork simple and had a great sense of humor. Hyundai sales team was accommodating and professional I looked at cars from out of the Lancaster area to lease because I thought I could get a better price. He was not there and i hooked up with Emily, and she showed me the car features and I took a test ride with her. She explained to me how they use a team approach and Matt called me back the next day. I had a down payment and a monthly payment in mind. Lancaster Hyundai was able to better the price and I really liked the idea of buying locally and having the service shop nearby.
