Our sales associate Emily was very patient and honest with us and in spite of our strict parameters she was able to come through with a deal that we could all live with. She and her finance manager treated us with respect and dignity, never talked down to us and kept the overall sales time-frame to an acceptable minimum, unlike other dealers who wear you down by keeping you in suspense for hours on end. When I returned recently to have the oil changed for the first time that experience was also very positive and the service personnel were great. When Emily noticed I was there she came over to say hello and even helped me to get the Android phone connection working. More
