Real People - with a YES approach - unusual? Outstanding! While other dealers offered substitutes and alternatives to our web-search and gave us a lot of "we don't know, we're searching, we'll Outstanding! While other dealers offered substitutes and alternatives to our web-search and gave us a lot of "we don't know, we're searching, we'll get back to you", this dealer responded only hours after inquiry on a Sunday evening with a most down to earth and inviting response to exactly the car we wanted - "Yes we do and yes we can". Their follow-up the next morning was even better. The web manager listened to our rather unique situation and didn't find an "available" sales person, but instead knew the one person who would know how to take care of us. This was the beginning of what I'll consider an unusual dealer experience. We were transferred and within a few moments to my surprise -- the sales person was already briefed on our need and our car of choice! In the course of several minutes, we agreed to pricing and we were done! What made us drive an hour to buy from Lancaster Hyundai rather than a local dealer? It was a no BS approach. Never did I hear a "we'll see, maybe, come in and we'll see what we can do". It was more of "here is the car" (with vin number), "here's what we can do in price" and "here's when you can have it" (today). When arriving at the dealership, they knew who we were when walking in the door! We got down to business and within 30 minutes, the deal was a success. And what shocked me -- to be honest -- as the sales person was going to get he car, I threw in a last minute request for a pinstripe. Again, I didn't hear "maybe, we are busy, I don't know, we'll see". I heard "What color and style would you like?". WOW. The car was ready to go with added pinstripe within an hour. Talk about happy! I applaud Lancaster Hyundai for their no BS, real people approach and for their refreshing "yes" approach to our needs. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone and will be spreading the word. Kyle Sterner, Jeff Ober, and John Sweeney, always have smiles on their faces, and can't do enough for me to make a great deal. These men are professional, courteous, and most importantly, truthful. Although I love the Hyundai brand, I can't say enough about Kyle, Jeff, and John. In this day and age, I've found that everyone wants to make a quick buck. Kyle, Jeff, and John, take their time in explaining all aspects of the deal, and make it their responsibility to make sure I'm happy. Also, I've witnessed them deal with other customers, and I've heard other customers remark, how happy they were in dealing with these gentlemen. I'm a fan of Coca Cola, and Kyle and Jeff can't keep my glass full enough. What else can I write? Dealing with Kyle, Jeff, and John, is refreshing.
