Mazda Manufacture Warranty covers defects in material and craftsmanship. The cover continues to break from an outside influence - it was not defective. We are faced with the delicate balance of explaining how to prevent while helping to provide a more robust solution to an isolated concern you are having. We did goodwill a replacement while under factory warranty - it came back broken. On another visit we added additional hardware to make the cover more robust - it came back broken. We understand your frustration and we would never want to lose your business providing trust and transparency.

Continuing to blame the customer for this seat breaking is about as offensive as it gets. Jeff admitted he's seen this problem occurring in other vehicles. If that's the case, how do you suggest this is our fault? Additionally, if we are supposedly exiting the seat "incorrectly" as you so offensively suggest, why isn't the passenger seat breaking also? Sorry, but the evidence doesn't back your claim that this "outside infuence" is the problem. As I said in my review, you sold a warranty that you are now hiding behind in an effort to avoid fixing your seat. If Mazda builds such an inferior product that merely getting in and out of the vehicle causes breakage, then maybe it's time for another brand for our next purchase. Certainly the way you have chosen to blame the customer will.enusre we look elsewhere. But hey, I applaud you for doubling down on placing blame everywhere but where it really lies.

Kia up the street had no problem letting me test drive alone a Sportage with a lot more futures than the Mazda did. How about the Subaru Outback I test drove that day with all of those futures your Mazda did not have.. Plus my trade in has a few of those already. My wife's Pilot has more safety and technology futures that i drive every other day. How about your product specialist (salesman) that did not know if the car had a spare or not. Can he handle all of that technology packed in the car ? You should had told me about that pollicy so I did not waste mine and your time. You lost a sale. Thanks for the response.
