Excellent Service with High Customer Consideration I had arranged to have my RAV 4 repaired at the rear-view mirror, which had stopped working with the compass ability. I made arrangements with the adviser who was going to initiate the repair and provide back up info to me as the repair progressed. All the information he provided proved more than just a far-off estimate and, in the final analysis, provided some high, top notch thinking and final choices for the repairs needed. When we had the final repair choice from Gavin, it proved to be highly economical to us (no cost) and the timing for completion was magnificent. We were overjoyed and highly thankful to him for all that he did, and that the repair operators did to make the final repair highly desirable and completely at the top for a recognizable effort and accomplishment. We thank all who had any part in this repair - Gavin Glick (our adviser), the maintenance personnel who did the repair, and also Steven Sheppos for any aspect he filled in the completed repairs.
