She treats you like you are important and wanted, not like you are bothering her. She is patient, kind and understanding. She answers every question, no matter how many you ask, or who else is waiting. She takes care of each person, one at a time. We take three vehicles to them to maintain, and each time, I want Lisa Troupe to assist me. Kudos to Lancaster Toyota for having such an awesome employee. Please don’t let her go!!!!! Bonnie More
