I Bought a 2008 Prius new from them (back when they had to be ordered) and have never taken it anywhere else to be serviced. I am original owner and have 127,409 miles on it. Jeff K, service advisor, took immediate care of me and had me in and out quickly even though I did not have an appointment.. He went over the tire to examine it and saw the punture and said it could not be repaired. Went over all the pricing with me and also checked and verified they had the same tire in stock as my other three tires. I was extremely satified with him even though I had never dealt with him before this evening. More

My wheels squeal on my 2018 Toyota Four Runner. At 15k checkup , they said squeal was due to alignment and charged me $100. The wheels continued to squeal and I returned to have it corrected last we At 15k checkup , they said squeal was due to alignment and charged me $100. The wheels continued to squeal and I returned to have it corrected last week. I was told that the squeal is what happens "normally " to Tundras and Four Runners. I have purchased 3 Four Runners and this is the only one that has tires that squeal even driving slowly in a parking lot. If that was the case all along, why did I pay for an alignment and was told that was the problem. Amanda Horst was my Advisor and she interacted exceptionally well and communicated at the highest level with me and professional. She is an asset to Toyota. Even though her answer to the problem was not what I wanted to hear, she handled it well. To say all Four Runners and Tundra tires squeal is not the answer. Are the tires right for this type of vehicles ? Is the an axle issue ? They said my tires were starting to "couple" ? The tires are expensive and I have been loyal for a long time. I am worried my tires will wear easily and need replacement sooner versus later. And finally , each time I scheduled an appt , I was told I need to leave my vehicle there alll day to be serviced. I was ok the first time but to leave it there all there all day the second time and no loaner car doesn't seem right without a loner. I voiced this to a Manager who called and he explained why Toyota doesn't provide loaners??? Your competitors do with no hesitation. I am not satisfied with the answer to my vehicle problem . Should I be considering a Tahoe or other vehicle?? More
