When we test drove our 2009 Ford Focus it had a slight vibration in it. We really liked the car and was assured it was really nothing to be concerned about. The car had everything we wanted on it. Our salesman, Lee Hersha, worked very hard to get us a good deal. We felt we did get a great deal. After we had the car for a few days, the vibration became more than we could tolerate. We called our salesman and told him about it. He told us to bring it in on Monday for service to look at it. It turned out that the support for the motor was broken. The service department was super nice and fixed our car with no charge to us and now it runs perfect. They did not have to do this because we did not take out the extended warranty. We really appreciate the professionalism and them standing behind their cars. We also appreciate Lee Hersha. We recommend that you ask for him if you visit the dealership because he will treat you right. More
This was my third vehicle purchase from Lance Cunningham Ford. The staff at LCD Ford are excellent and very professional. This is a follow up to recent post. Mr Cunningham contacted me after previous post. He offered to have seated dyed or airbrushed again but warned that this was temporary. I told mr Cunningham that this was not what I wanted.....I wanted what I thought I was buying...a well maintained used vehicle with very nice interior. I have been told that this practice of dying seats is industry wide. I have called many dealerships inculding the one I just purchased a new 2013 Toyota tundra from....and the ALL say ' Not to this degree". I asked Mr Cunningham to repair the interior permenant to what I thought I was buying form.....I was told to stay off his property. From reading reveiws this is common practice with this dealership. I will not seat foot on his property again and will encourage every person i speak too about avoiding his place of business. I would not buy a used tri-cycle from you. More

Takes the time to answer all questions and does not pressure you into any particular vehicle. He just lets you tell him what you are looking for and where your budget can afford. We have recommend this dealership and Preston to several friends and family. While doing our last 2 transaction we also worked with Nathan Post for the financing. He found us great rates with the payments we were looking for right off the bat, no back and forth haggling. He showed us all the options for warranties and GAP insurance but let us decide what was right for us without the hard sell. More

Purchased used 06 Yukon gmc from lance Cunningham ford. Vehicle did not make it home before had transmission problem. They towed it back and had 3 time in 3weeks to fix problem. Have now found out that the whole front end has been replaced ( car fax did not show this and is a waste of paper). Paint is starting to come oof roof in spots the size of a basketball. Leather seats were painted to look new which was a selling factor because interior was in such good shape. Bottom line would have not payed what I did if had known this. BUYER BEWARE! More

He is like family to me and his attitude was very calm and positive. He went out of his way to give us the best price on the new 2013 Ford Fiesta SE, which I really appreciated. We did most of our haggling for our Ford E-350 Van over the internet. Even over the internet the dealership was responsive to our needs. Very low pressure. And all my kids liked him--which is very unusual. I wish I didn't have to drive 2 hours to Knoxville for such good service, but it was worth the trip. More

Nothings perfect but they did do all they could within their boundaries to make things right. I appreciate that. I am in customer service relations and I can say it is hard work but most of the time if you aim above and beyond their expectations you will at least satisfy most of your customers.
