John Hill is an excellent representative of your dealership. I've been to Ted Russell Ford and they are not a place I will go back to. He knew the ins and outs of the Ford Escape that I purchased and answered my questions truthfully and made my purchasing experience an enjoyable one. I did not feel pressured or uncomfortable about my purchase at all. I will be coming back to Lance Cunningham Ford for my future vehicle purchases and will be sharing my experiences with others. I have purchased 3 vechiles from LC Ford in the past 8 years, 1 truck and 2 SUV (Escape) the most recent we traded our 08 Escape for a 2011. We ended up with SUV that was 3 years newer, went from 48K mile years, 1 truck and 2 SUV (Escape) the most recent we traded our 08 Escape for a 2011. We ended up with SUV that was 3 years newer, went from 48K miles to 54 miles, a new warrenty to protect our investment and our payment went up a whopping $19 more a month.. can't beat that deal... Jack, our salesman was patient, informative and helpful in our questions and concerns. We truly got a great deal, and great service. My other praise is for Brian and the Quick service lane team. With the purchase of our 2008 Escape, I decided not to have anyone service it except the Ford dealer. I have dealt only with Brian and would not have it any other way. He is a fine representive of LC Ford. He is stright forward, clear and consice about what is needed and how to save money in the servicing of our vechiles. I was also pleased that the quick lane was able to service my Chevy Colorado pickup. I did not buy this truck at LC Ford, but at their neighbor, Reeder Cheverlet. I do not choose to do regular business with Reeder, but did need a trustworthy place to have my truck serviced. I still have that at LC Ford. I appreciate the quality of salesmanship and service that I have come to expect with LC Ford. More
I had a transmission problem with a used truck i piurchased from Lance Cunningham Ford. After a week of e-mailing the dealership about the issues they aggreed to look at the transmission and discoun piurchased from Lance Cunningham Ford. Carolyn and I are in our 70's and have purchased many new and used vehicles in our 52 years. We visited Lance Cunningham with the intent to purchase a used 2009 Ford F-150 truck. However, we found the 2010 F and used vehicles in our 52 years. We visited Lance Cunningham with the intent to purchase a used 2009 Ford F-150 truck. However, we found the 2010 Ford F-150 very suitable to our needs. We traded our beloved 2002 Black Corvette Convertible which was a very emotional moment. We found Ben, Jack and other associates to be very knowledgable, professional and friendly. We left with a smile that we got a fair deal from some great people. The discussions related to Customer Service gave us the feeling that our service needs would be well served. The show room makes a customer feel comfortable and everyone was very friendly, even those who were not part of the "deal". The followup calls by Ben, Chuck and Lance are unheard of in the auto sales business. I plan on attending the seminar on May 7 regarding the Sony Sync system related to the note from Andy Anderson. I live and work in Knoxville, and have bought three new cars for business, and one new and two late model used cars for my family from Lance Cunningham Ford. In every instance, I have found everyone at the cars for business, and one new and two late model used cars for my family from Lance Cunningham Ford. In every instance, I have found everyone at the dealership to be extremely friendly and accomodating. Their staff is knowlegable, professional, and never high pressure. I know from experience that they can be trusted to deliver on their promises and to put customer service and buyer satisfaction first. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to give Lance and his staff a chance. They take the stress out of buying a car, and make it a very pleasant experience. More
I didn't end up buying anything from LCFord, but I might have if the salesman who initially helped me wouldn't have been so pushy. I can't remember his name now, I think it was Mark, but he was in his early 20s and seemed very inexperienced with how to relate to customers properly. He was very fast-talking, in-my-face and way too over-hyped about making a sale. I felt very uncomfortable and at one point even said, "I hate shopping for cars." No sales person should ever cause those words to come out of your mouth. I was ready to leave, but, before I could go, I was paired with another salesman, John Hill, who was much more relaxed and calm and made me feel a bit more comfortable as a shopper. Even though I didn't end up buying a car from John, I appreciated his efforts, and I think he is probably a much better salesman. He did his best, but I just wasn't happy with the dealership's atmosphere in general and pricing was a bit high. I felt like the showroom was a bit gloomy and not well kept, and the vehicle selection was slim pickings even though the lot seemed huge. I later went to Lenoir City and found a dealership with the same vehicles at better prices and all around much friendlier staff, no pushy people. I ended up purchasing a car that wasn't a Ford, but I felt it would be worth my time to recommend seeking a sale at another dealership other than LCFord until they straighten out their unbalanced staff and clean up their appearance a bit and offer better deals. I just don't feel like I would be valued as a customer even after my purchase from that place, and a good relationship with a dealer is important to me in the long run. More

When I was leaving they congratulated me, which also makes you feel even more excited with your purchase. Even though all the salesmen was very nice I will always ask for William Roy. We have a Ford dealership in Cullman but not as Great as Lance Cunningham Ford in Tenn. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped get the figures to fit our budget so we could purchase the car my wife and I wanted.
