I brought my vehicle in January 5, 2023 at 2:30 and didnt get it back until January 16, 2023. I had a service warranty on it but they were not contacted until the following Tuesday about the coverage. When get it back until January 16, 2023. When i called to check status on my truck i t would be hours later before i would get called back. I called on the 16 but never received a call so since i was going to Knoxville i decided to stop into the dealer and find out what the staus was of my vehicle. My advisor was not present so i talked with a different one and he checked on my truck. It was finished so he proceeded to gt paperwork together so i could go home. The battery on the truck was dead so it took some time to get it going. Most likely i wont take my truck back for any repairs. More

I just moved here and had been here before when I traveled through, Set up an appointment and was able to get right in for a recall and a oil change. I had an appt with Chris Terry for a recall I had received on my Escape. I arrived thinking it may be half a day. Terry got me in and out within in less than 2 hours. I bought a vehicle from Lance Cunningham Ford in September of 2019. My dealership warranty was set to expire the beginning of September and they were not able to get me scheduled until the end of Se September of 2019. My dealership warranty was set to expire the beginning of September and they were not able to get me scheduled until the end of September and that my repairs would not be covered, per a phone conversation I had on August 26th. After this discussion I wrote an honest review of my expeirence. I spoke with a service advisor on site on August 27th and she stated as long as the R.O. was created before the expiration it would be covered. She then referred me to the service manager. In walks Chris Whitney, the service manager. After explaining to him my concern he asked me for my last name. When I told him, he immediately became stand-offish and told me he refused to help me because I "burned him on a review". When I reiterated it was regarding a warranty repair he told me to take my business elsewhere. I subsequently filed a BBB complaint on 8/27 regarding Chris blatantly denying me service because of my review. On 9/1, John McCarthy, a sales manager, not knowing I had filed a complaint, called me to see how things were. After explaining what happened he said he would look into it and call me back. Still waiting on that call back.... On 9/13, LCF finally responded to the BBB complaint, only stating they were back-logged on service..nothing regarding being explicitly denied service for a warranty I paid for. I responded to the BBB stating I was not satisfied with their response. On 9/23, the complaint was closed because, SURPRISE, they never responded. Final email from the BBB suggests I consult legal counsel for further action. If you want to plan ahead to have a headache and a legal battle, go ahead and purchase something from them. More
