I took our vehicle into the dealership after talking to Melvin the day before, and was helped by Ash and Melvin, the next day who were both capable and very knowlegable. I also stopped by and had an exceptional espresso at their coffee bar, and had a great talk with the lady that works there, while I waited for our car, which was done very quickly! I have nothing but praise for the staff at Land Rover Alexandria, and love how the dealership is so bright, as it really energizes you. I have owned numerous Range Rovers over the last 30 years; however this was my first experience with Landrover Alexandria. I live in the Outer Banks of NC, so it is a 9 hour round trip to purchase fro years; however this was my first experience with Landrover Alexandria. It began via phone with Jerome and couldn’t have been better. What sets Jerome apart is his honesty and transparency throughout the process. He was upfront about every detail, answered all of my questions with confidence, and made sure I felt completely comfortable every step of the way. The experience never felt like a typical dealership visit — it felt like being helped by someone who genuinely cared about getting it right and he did in my opinion. He knew my time was limited and valuable so everything from the paper work and smallest detail were ready and waiting when I arrived at the dealership after a 4.5 hour drive up. Jerome introduced me to several folks at the dealership from the General Manager, Rodger Wildermuth, who was very down to earth and engaging, to the vehicle detailer and finally Ali Gunertem who walked me through the electronics, offering suggestions throughout his tutorial and setting up the new Range Rover in the InControl App and removing my old Range Rover. He set everything up so my return 4.5 hour trip was as if I had owned the new vehicle all along.
