Service advisors are a little hard to get a hold of, but once you do they are quick to get you set up with an appointment and the experience is top notch. I’ve always been able to get a loaner when I’ve ask once you do they are quick to get you set up with an appointment and the experience is top notch. I’ve always been able to get a loaner when I’ve asked for one, and they do a good job keeping you informed about what your car needs and when the service is complete. This time around, the technician recorded a video inspection and sent it to me directly, which was helpful in understanding what repairs the car needed. Great experience all around. More

I was excited by the used car I was looking at and when I first went into the dealership, it seemed cool. Although my salesperson didn’t do all of his homework prior to the test drive, he did pretty good to first went into the dealership, it seemed cool. Although my salesperson didn’t do all of his homework prior to the test drive, he did pretty good to find the requested information. The buying process was a bit disjointed with me talking to my salesperson and then them going to some person to confirm terms and then being shuffled to the finance manager. It felt like a factory and a bit unnecessary. the finance manager was patient as I kept asking questions so that was good. I got the car and the salesperson helped me to move my stuff from the old car to the new, and then left to go and help another potential client. He checked up which was great. I expected to hear from him or someone in the days following, and I did not until they needed to get the key I had and process additional paperwork. They clearly do about of volume but it doesn’t feel “homey” or overly friendly. Good inventory but it definitely feels like a business, not like a dealership that wants to help you find the right car for you. More
