Service advisor was good, the only issue I would say is she should be clear on the amount due that is out of pocket. I asked twice and was told $1400 when I picked up my car it was $1769. Couldn't get any answers on anything prior to coming in to the dealership to sign the paperwork. Submitted both finance applications and everything else prior before Thursday and they did not have anything to the dealership to sign the paperwork. Submitted both finance applications and everything else prior before Thursday and they did not have anything ready by the time we arrived and still spent almost 3 hours at the dealership. They didn't disclose the mandatory $3,000 premiere package until we were signing paperwork already. They didn't attempt to have the truck done being cleaned until after we signed all the paperwork. And the key fob they gave me is not the correct key fob. The truck will start with it, but the backup key does not work for the truck. Probably the worst overall experience I've had with a dealership. More
