Immediately, Greg was attentive to our needs and very transparent about our options and what we could anticipate with the types of cars we were looking to lease or buy. He was great about showing us the timelines via a dashboard. His use of the dealership’s excellent technology enabled him to get quick answers for us about available inventory, and within the first 20 minutes of sitting down with Greg, we were outside looking at cars. Greg made the experience of looking at cars really enjoyable: his vast expertise about the cars themselves, his own personal experiences with cars, and his perspective of being a husband and father enhanced our conversation and made us feel so comfortable in sharing our needs and wants so that he could provide us with the best advice possible. When we found the right car, we made the test drive, having Greg helping us proved to be even more invaluable: he knew the road we drove on intimately, so i was able to test the car in ways that I wouldn’t have realized to do on a normal drive. The buying experience was so smooth!! Again, Greg knew the process so well, that he was able to walk us through the credit application’s idiosyncrasies and helped us anticipate any hiccups. He was also efficient with time: he had my car appraised while the test drive was happening, he had the new car cleaned and ready while we were with the financial manager (Mike), and we were out within 90 minutes from the test drive. Truly amazing!! I thought that I loved the service level at Jaguar Land Rover Charlotte before, but after meeting and spending time with the awesome Greg Davis, I am convinced that this is the best dealership in Charlotte.
