Gerry and the Astorg Auto crew are by far the best, friendliest, and most organized auto dealer I’ve ever worked with. When we realized we wanted to make a purchase, the crew made sure everything was ready, in an ice storm, ensuring we could come up, sign and get back before the weather got bad. The financial manager was friendly and extremely understaffed when we forgot our check book for the down payment. Brought my LR in for a simple key reprogram. After they blew the electric system, alternator and battery, i finally took it to a reputable shop in town to fix what they had broken. The worst part is that t blew the electric system, alternator and battery, i finally took it to a reputable shop in town to fix what they had broken. The worst part is that they acted extremely snooty the entire time with my wife and i. We own four rovers currently and will be shopping for another soon. I can guarantee you i will drive across the state before i work with such arrogant and poorly trained people again. More
