I was not getting good customer service at my local dealership. I requested info online from Charlotte and Allen Peace immediately responded. He was quick to answer all my texts. I couldn’t ask for my transaction with him to go any smoother. We had a little issue come up (my fault) and Allen and the dealership went above and beyond to help. I live 1.5 hours from Charlotte and I would definitely buy my next car at Land Rover Charlotte! Thank you Allen! More

I made an appointment to get one of my sons Land Rover's fixed. I arrived and they at first told me they do not work on cars older than 10 years. That was later taken back. The brake light was on. I would call and get no response from my 'assigned' service rep. Finally I was told it would be 4k plus for a part that I ended up finding out only cost about 800$ on the open market of the internet. The work was done and I paid it. The brake light was still on and they wanted to try to change other things. They also told me since they had taken the battery loose, the radio needed a code and land rover uk nor usa could give them a code. So the radio did not work now. So the car came back worse than when i sent it. They just charged me, took the money and literally fixed nothing. What a xxx dealership. I have a jaguar, I have many other sports cars and I will be damned before I buy another or take anything to this joke of a brand or dealership. Pathetic build quality . . .what a joke. More

Greg Davis listened to my needs and provided valuable advice as to what features were a must have. He also spent time taking videos of different colors so I can see what the color looked like on the vehi advice as to what features were a must have.
