While the physical repair work on my vehicle's roof was handled well and looks great, the overall service experience fell far short of what I expect from a premium brand like Land Rover. Communication was severely lacking throughout the 9 days my vehicle was in the shop. I did not receive proactive daily updates; instead, I had to call or message almost every single day just to track the progress myself. Even then, the responses I received were brief and lacked any clear explanation about the remaining work or an accurate timeline for completion. Additionally, I brought the car in with a very specific technical complaint: the vehicle's internet speed is ridiculously slow, despite the display clearly showing 5/5 bars for reception. Rather than actually diagnosing the bandwidth or connectivity issue, the technician completely misunderstood the problem and dismissed it as a simple "bad reception" complaint. To top it off, after keeping my car for over a week, they returned it to me with an almost completely depleted battery. Failing to simply plug in and charge the vehicle before handing it back to the customer is a careless oversight and incredibly disappointing. They did a good job on the roof damage, but the communication, technical attention to detail, and final delivery experience need serious improvement. More
