Went in for an oil change and tire rotation had a coupon for 25% off. My service rep said he had it covered but when I went to pick up my RR the invoice did not reflect my discount. I paid the full amount a for 25% off. My service rep said he had it covered but when I went to pick up my RR the invoice did not reflect my discount. I paid the full amount and being that my service rep was too busy I thought I would be credited after the fact, I was wrong all I received was an apology and they offered me a store credit of 150.00. Now what could you do with a store credit buy hats or a tee shirt?? I wanted the discount as per the 25% off coupon. I guess this was my fault for trusting a company that I have dealt with for 15 years. Well this will certainly be my last RR and will never see this service center again. Buyer beware they are not honest at this location. More
