He stayed after hours to make sure I got a chance to test drove the car and he personally demonstrated all the cool features in the vehicle with me. Although he was away on training during the paper work signing process, he make sure I was taking care of and the GM of this dealership (Mike) ended up going over all the legal document and finished the signing process with me.
