My 2nd Experience with Poor service at Land Rover Frisco.
I was given an appointment time of 7:30am. I arrived at 7:15am and they were open and took my car. I was asked if I knew where the waiting area was a
I was given an appointment time of 7:30am. I arrived at 7:15am and they were open and took my car. I was asked if I knew where the waiting area was and said yes. I proceeded to the waiting area. 2.5 hours later the person that took my car walked up to me and said, we have not checked your car yet and asked if I would like a ride somewhere to possibly pick up my car later or set up another appointment. I asked why would I do this when we had an agreed appointment at 7:30am today. No good answers from them. I told them to get my car and I would leave. While waiting on my car, I was asked if I need help by others, and told them the same as above. Another person (assuming a Manager) asked the same and said they didn't realize I was waiting on my car. Hmm, it was documented I was waiting and the original person came up to me in the waiting area to tell me my car had not been worked on. I was then asked again if I wanted to set up another appointment. Geez, work on my car for my original appointment and stop taking appointments if you have too many cars to work on for the personnel you have working. I was told they have a stack of papers for cars to work on. Why continue taking in more than you can handle? Time to find another dealership and different type of vehicle.
