jbatteson5, We certainly apologize for the multiple phones call without an answer. We have recently upgraded our phone system with the network upgrade next which should eliminate the "no-answer" situation. As far as the text person, our Chat was being managed by an Ai. Effective Feb. 1st, the Ai will be fully retired and back to live human interaction. If you have any questions, please contact me direct at 972,370.2345.
