Worst customer service for the Service Department. Called numerous times, placed on hold numerous times, and a Call back is unheard of. 2 to 3 weeks to be placed for a loaner and the Service team don't COMMUNICATE with the mechanics. Tried numerous time to speak with a Service, but she is either out to lunch, with another customer, left for the day, called in sick, I will call you back, never got the message and I dont recall that conversation.
Now I need to find another Land Rover dealership that can do on what they promise...Customer Service!!!
