Terrible Experience – Stay Away Few dealerships I’ve ever visited have delivered as poor of an experience as Land Rover Houston North. From start to finish, the customer service was abysmal and far below what you’d expect from a luxury brand. There was zero willingness to negotiate, lowball trade-in offers, and a complete lack of professionalism from the management team. Jeff, the used car manager, was unhelpful and came across as completely out of his depth. Jason, the GM, offered no support or accountability, and frankly should not be in a leadership role. The dealership itself is dated and unclean, further undermining the premium image that Land Rover should represent. If you’re in the market for a Land Rover, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This location does not deserve your business. More
