Always top drawer In five years of ownership I've only had to bring my 2013 XJ in twice for something other than annual maintenance. The first time was three years ago In five years of ownership I've only had to bring my 2013 XJ in twice for something other than annual maintenance. The first time was three years ago to fix a glitch in the Sat Nav system. An under warranty software download took care of that issue. Earlier this week I brought it in to correct a flaw in my driver's side airbag warning light. The problem turned out to be a pinched wire in the underseat harness that had been improperly installed at the factory. Every single time the service department, especially Joe Sheller, could not do enough to ensure my satisfaction. I won't take my Jaguar anywhere else! More
