Shortest time spent to make a deal Everything went like a charm. I have given my old bmw and got a new car. Everyone was very helpful. Only thing I Can suggest like a technical person could give a walkthrough of the car instead of a sales person. But they tried to do their best that they possibly could. Excellent overall experience. However I am not very happy with the bumpy ride of Evoque.and electrical equipments wich are not very reliable. Sometimes mirror doesn’t open. Lights keeps on glowing. But i agree this is not issues with dealership. The car itself is not reliable and peace of mind. More
Great service, lousy product is entertainment center upgrade Upgraded entertainment is very generic looking, does NOT have a climate panel so can't find exterior and interior temp easily. Not pleased I needed a new tire, but they had none in stock. They told me to bring the damaged tire into the dealership so when they got a new one they could have I needed a new tire, but they had none in stock. They told me to bring the damaged tire into the dealership so when they got a new one they could have it mounted and balanced and ready to put on when I came back. When I got there they told me: they could put the tire on if I could wait about half an hour; the tire would be in that afternoon; the tire would be in the next day. I had to drive back the next morning (Coatesville PA to Wayne PA - 29 miles one way). The tire was there, they told me it would be put on in about half an hour. There was a problem with the person who was to do the work. There was no official "work order" and he was afraid he wouldn't get paid to put the tire on the car. I sat there for almost an hour waiting for the problem to be resolved. This could have been done at one time instead of making me run back and forth, a total of 116 miles. Poor management on the dealer's part. More
