New RR Velar I worked with Erik on the purchase of my new car (A Range Rover Velar), after an initially awkward start due to our timings and communication crossing I worked with Erik on the purchase of my new car (A Range Rover Velar), after an initially awkward start due to our timings and communication crossing over, Erik stayed on in our initial meeting to ensure I got a test drive of a vehicle despite a family dinner that night that he was late for when i showed up, nonetheless he stayed till after my test drive to explain all the things I should know about new vs used, warranty vs CPO and I left more informed. After that I was working with 4 other Land Rover dealers on separate cars and Erik was the only one that stayed in touch giving me updates on the eventual car I bought. It was even easy when I eventually decided on his dealership and the car. I had the financial side already worked out but my trade in wasnt the easiest... Anyway, we went into the dealership, they pulled the car to one side, it was roped off, I saw it, inspected it, oooooo'd and ahhhhhhhh'd over it and then Erik introduced me to Paul the Business manager who made things quick and simple and within the hour, I'd dropped my trade in off, inspected the new car, signed the paperwork, spoken with Salvo, the product specialist about the car and drove it away...
