"Painless Experience"

Let me just start by saying Salvo greeted me before any 'salesman' did, took me for a test drive, gave me all the info I needed to make a decision, and basically sold me the car. Not to say the salesman I worked with during final negotiation wasn't helpful, he just didn't do all that I feel a saleman is supposed to do, luckily Salvo filled that role for me. All in all the experience was painless and enjoyable.
