Such a disconnect from the sales team to the service experience. I don’t even know how to explain my disappointment with my recent service. Just read the other 1-star reviews on Google and add double m experience. I don’t even know how to explain my disappointment with my recent service. Just read the other 1-star reviews on Google and add double my frustration and that pretty much sums up the lack of attention to basic, decent service. For a luxury brand this should never happen once, but from what I read seems to be happening on a regular basis. More
