After 3 calls to Anthony, and several days, we got scheduled to update our RR’s software at Land Rover Northfield. My sales gentleman was Ballard what a delightful person to work with. He pulled out all the stops to make sure that I was a happy customer. My overall experience was superb, top notch. They have mastered how to make customers feel at home, from the General manager all the way down the chain. I highly recommend this dealership to any Land Rover enthusiasts. Andrew More

Additionally, I saw an ad for another Land Rover location offering a very special price. A salesman named Ballard greeted us and we told him we were just looking around and getting ideas. He was wonderful. After some time looking around the showroom, I showed Ballard the ad I found and asked about that pricing. He came up with 2 options and we test drove them. After leaving there, I called back 2 days later & was ready to make the purchase! The best part was that there was no pushy salesman and no pressure at all. I've had my new vehicle for a week and a half now & I LOVE IT!! Great job Land Rover Northfield and many thanks to our salesperson, Ballard. The whole team made us feel very good about our purchase and was super-helpful & patient with us. I give my highest recommendation! More

Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Experienced! I bought a Jaguar F-Type online from Fields Jaguar and flew in to Chicago take delivery of the car. Everything was exactly as was described and Joe Fu I bought a Jaguar F-Type online from Fields Jaguar and flew in to Chicago take delivery of the car. Everything was exactly as was described and Joe Fuentes was very courteous and professional. Since I had a long drive back home, I requested having everything done and ready up front by passing the usual sales pitch for all the add-on items (paint protection, undercoat, extended warranty, tour of the service department....). I have made this request of other dealerships, but Fields was the first to honor my request. I felt as though Joe and the CFO cared about me and my needs more than squeezing every dime out of my pocket. I look forward to doing business at Fields again in the future! More
