I could not say enough great things about him. I was able to narrow things down via text and phone and spend less time at the dealership. Once at the dealership I could tell that every employees goal was to make sure we were happy and excited about our new car and that we had a great experience. I work in Customer Experience and I can tell you every interaction goes a long way with me. These folks went way out of their way to do the right thing. On top of that, I got an amazing car that looks good, drives great (rivals an Audi) and comes with top of the line tech. I can't imagine going anywhere else for a car. More

Excellent Experience with Doug Ostroff at Jaguar Land Rover RE: Jaguar & Land Rover of Norwood - I would like to commend this Auto Dealership & in particular, Doug Ostroff (lead Sales Team Member) on the highes RE: Jaguar & Land Rover of Norwood - I would like to commend this Auto Dealership & in particular, Doug Ostroff (lead Sales Team Member) on the highest degree of professionalism, customer service & overall satisfaction - My buying & trade-in experience was truly a pleasure - It was a "10"! Honestly, I do not offer these compliments lightly, but Doug's product & inventory knowledge, ability to listen to me as the customer & his willingness to be flexible in order to bring a deal together was really outstanding. In comparison, I had also met with 3 other Land Rover dealerships in the MA area (all of whom were good), but Doug & Jaguar Land Rover of Norwood were Great! I was very pleased that my trade-in on my previous car was handled very competently & priced fairly and the purchase of my new Land Rover was the smoothest auto transaction I have had in a very long time. Doug went "above & beyond" and out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with my entire purchase process from start to finish. New Car Service I purchased a new 2019 Discovery Sport one week ago (9/30/19), and the "low battery light, start engine soon" appeared 3 times in 6 days! I texted our salesman, and did not receive a response. My husband brought the car back to the dealership (10/5/19) and we were given a courtesy car. Although, it is not expected to have a brand new car back in for service after less than 1 week, we appreciate the loaner car. More
