Excellent service received I kept getting a low pressure warning for one of my tires and tried to add air at a local service station but, due to the valve cap being stuck, they I kept getting a low pressure warning for one of my tires and tried to add air at a local service station but, due to the valve cap being stuck, they were unable to assist me. I contacted Landrover of Norwood and was greeted warmly by the receptionist who directed me to George. Within a few minutes I was seated at George's desk and he was able to advise me of what needed to be done. He was professional and efficient. I waited in the waiting area and, during that time, George gave me updates on progress. The work was completed and I was completely satisfied with the service received and the excellent care that George showed throughout the process. More

Great dealership & great service department. I just bought the jaguar, which I love ! The E pace is a great addition to the jaguar family. Apparently the clutch in the water pump was defective I just bought the jaguar, which I love ! The E pace is a great addition to the jaguar family. Better late than never My visit was to get my duplicate keys. When i leased the car in December 2018 they only one key and they ordered another one for me. After repeated fo My visit was to get my duplicate keys. When i leased the car in December 2018 they only one key and they ordered another one for me. After repeated follow ups they finally were able to make me the second key from a stock they had. Once there, every thing was taken care of without any issues and was handled very professionally.
