Easy to work with! I recently visited Land Rover in Norwood after a bad experience with a local rover dealership. I first reached out online and was greeted by Tom. Tom answered all my questions before getting there where he introduced me to Z. Z was very patient and had me test drive 3 different models Discovery sport, evoque and Jaguar F Pace), plus offered a a gm slightly used option which was a great deal. I was torn and couldn't make a final decision until he said there is one more we didnt drive. The Jaguar EPace. This was exactly what I wanted and I was able to sign with confidence. When I picked up my car CJ took one hour to set up everything in the car and go through it all with me. We had some great laughs too! This is my 19th car I have owned and would recommend these guys every time. If you havent visited them yet, you are missing out. More

Awesome Service Awesome dealership I had some issues with my 2018 Evoque , engine light has been coming on and off for the past month , then 4 days before going to Awesome dealership I had some issues with my 2018 Evoque , engine light has been coming on and off for the past month , then 4 days before going to New York the brakes light also came on because they were worn out , called service and Nichole talked to her supervisor regarding the situation and they ok me to bring in the vehicle same day which was A+ for me, then I dealt with Mike in service for the 2nd time, and this guys is awesome , very polite and knowledgeable about everything he says and does .I was explained by mike everything they did to my vehicle and why it happened , that's one of the reason, I leased my second vehicle in this dealer , because they go out of their ways to take care of their customers. More
