Josh Trigueros was great to work with, as the color I wanted was not on the lot he sent a runner the same day to the Rhode Island dealership to retrieve my car. The only negative I can add is that we had to come back the next day to see the car and finish processing the paperwork. We had to wait for 2 1/2 hours to see Marco. Suggest having more than 1 finance manager available on Sundays, I drove from Cape Cod and did not want to have to make the long trip for 3 days in a row! More
Great Experience Pedro Melo was phenomenal to work with from the time I first walk in the door until I drove off the lot in my new Range Rover Sport. The entire exper Pedro Melo was phenomenal to work with from the time I first walk in the door until I drove off the lot in my new Range Rover Sport. The entire experience was low pressure and at my pace. It was also refreshing to be able to work with Pedro through a combination of text, email, and phone calls. Pedro was diligent in searching out a vehicle that met my specifications. When we found out the vehicle at the out-of-state dealer had been modified (and the system was never updated), Pedro went back to work to find another vehicle that met my specs. Sure enough, he found one, but with $6K in extra features; however, he worked the numbers to make me happy. Since taking delivery, I have found that the additional features were worth it. The only negative was mediocre performance by the detailing shop at the time of delivery. While the vehicle appeared clean during my walk-around, I later found water spots on the rubber floor mats and a thin coating of dust / grime on parts of the exterior. When Pedro checked in with me a few days after the purchase, I mentioned the poor detailing job and he immediately offered a complimentary detail at my convenience. He explained the detailing team had been working out of a temporary off-site location as their space at the dealership was being redone / improved. Top notch customer service and I look forward to working with Land Rover Norwood in the future. More

I had an emergency message on my 2018 F Pace Your staff was very friendly when I called and explained my situation. I had an emergency message pop up on my 2018 F Pace Jaguar that only has a litt Your staff was very friendly when I called and explained my situation. I had an emergency message pop up on my 2018 F Pace Jaguar that only has a little over 3,000 miles on it. The message indicated that I would not be able to start the vehicle unless it was serviced. Note: this was my first service for the Jaguar as we just purchased it the end of December 31st. I did not have a service appointment but your staff was kind enough to fit me in. My only disappointment was that I was not offered a loaner car or a ride as I had a particularly busy day at my office and did not have time to wait a couple of hours for the car to be fixed. (I did get a ride back to my office only after I asked, but was told it was not possible for my car to be delivered to me as there were no drivers available). I had read a lot about Jaguar luxury customer service, so that was a bit of a letdown. George, my advisor, was very nice and helpful, I'm sure he did the best he could since I didn't have an appointment. I look forward to my next service visit in December and will be sure to make an appointment and hopefully reap the rewards of owning a Jaguar. Overall, many thanks to your staff and to George for helping me out in a stressful situation. I am happy the car was fixed and ready to go after I got an Uber from my office to the dealership. More
