I wasn't able to contact George K in the service department until about 1030 am but they had already started evaluating the situation and promised a call back before end of day with a report. George did that for me and was able to get the part in and repair completed on Wednesday. He also kept me up to date on status using the text feature which I really like. He also checked my vehicle out and determined that I needed a brake repair as well. Lastly, I asked if he could have the vehicle delivered to my home since I was out of town and my wife couldn't get to the dealership and he was happy to accommodate. My wife and I were very much appreciative of that! Great job by George getting this done so quickly for us. More

Josh Trigueros was great to work with, as the color I wanted was not on the lot he sent a runner the same day to the Rhode Island dealership to retrieve my car. The only negative I can add is that we had to come back the next day to see the car and finish processing the paperwork. We had to wait for 2 1/2 hours to see Marco. Suggest having more than 1 finance manager available on Sundays, I drove from Cape Cod and did not want to have to make the long trip for 3 days in a row! More

Great Experience Pedro Melo was phenomenal to work with from the time I first walk in the door until I drove off the lot in my new Range Rover Sport. The entire exper Pedro Melo was phenomenal to work with from the time I first walk in the door until I drove off the lot in my new Range Rover Sport. The entire experience was low pressure and at my pace. It was also refreshing to be able to work with Pedro through a combination of text, email, and phone calls. Pedro was diligent in searching out a vehicle that met my specifications. When we found out the vehicle at the out-of-state dealer had been modified (and the system was never updated), Pedro went back to work to find another vehicle that met my specs. Sure enough, he found one, but with $6K in extra features; however, he worked the numbers to make me happy. Since taking delivery, I have found that the additional features were worth it. The only negative was mediocre performance by the detailing shop at the time of delivery. While the vehicle appeared clean during my walk-around, I later found water spots on the rubber floor mats and a thin coating of dust / grime on parts of the exterior. When Pedro checked in with me a few days after the purchase, I mentioned the poor detailing job and he immediately offered a complimentary detail at my convenience. He explained the detailing team had been working out of a temporary off-site location as their space at the dealership was being redone / improved. Top notch customer service and I look forward to working with Land Rover Norwood in the future. More
