Thank you for the text. I do intend on responding to the recent email I got from land rover regarding my recommendation, however I would be glad to respond here in kind. First off thank you for your pleasant attitude. It was a pleasure speaking with you in setting up my appointment. Secondly the service dept is In the best of hands under the leadership of Dave Froment. He exudes the right personality and professionalism necessary to run an extremely busy department (especially in light of the overwhelming amount of issues not only I have had but apparently most Land Rover owners experience). Thirdly George was also very accommodating. I do however have to say that there are still issues with the vehicle and just wanted to separate the vehicle issues with the great job the service department administrators are doing. On the other hand I'm exhausted with the service technicians response of "could not duplicate/ or operating normally". Perhaps techs should be available when customers drop off the vehicle so that it is understood what the issue may be. I can explain In depth as I will have to drop my vehicle off once more.
