And he indicated that he would to able to provide a car for me to use to go work, etc. Outstanding! When I picked up the car, the service administrator at the desk as literally waiting for me, as George indicated that I would pick the car up after 6pm. She was ready with the paperwork for me to sign and truly treated me as if I have always been servicing my Jaguar at Norwood. Truly genuine excellence in customer service by both George and the service admin. My car was clean and spotless as well. I cannot give enough praise to George and the service area.
