I put off purchasing a vehicle, for a while, because I didn't want to experience the typical all day time-consuming, extreme emotionally draining and overall lousy experience you think of when buying a vehicle. None of that at Land Rover Norwood. I love love love Reneé Acciardo! She is the epitome of phenomenal customer service! More
Barry always is there when i need him! He made and always makes our car buying process as smooth and easy as possible. This is my 4th Range Rover but 3rd through Barry! If it’s possible I would give this dealership zero star. Just purchased a pre owned certified Range Rover Evoque from this dealership 9/1. I quickly realized that they sold me a supposedly “pre owned certified” with full of defects such as the info entertainment system screen jumps around, the A/C and radio randomly don’t work, and etc. The quality control is non-existence. Their Services department is the worse I’ve ever experienced, it’s a disgrace to be called ”luxury dealership”. I had to chase after them to get an appointment booked; given they sold a car with so many issues to begin with. Owned the car for barely 10 days and I had to drop it off for service on 9/9 due to all the defects. They kept the vehicle for three weeks. Although it sounds absolutely ridiculous I accepted it; as I wanted to give them the time they need to do the correct job and address all the issues. No one called and offered updates on the situation. I finally I picked up the vehicle yesterday 9/29, when I got home I noticed that the tail light left side outer has condensation inside and it’s no longer working (see attached pictures). I immediately took the pictures and sent it to Matthew Leache, the service advisor. He ignored my texts and has not replied. Also the technician who was performing the maintenance, he left the tools, screws, knife and cables in my car’s trunk without properly cleaning. This shows how sloppy they are and totally careless. Overall this is how Land Rover Norwood treats a customer who spends $46K on a vehicle. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this place! I also filed a complaint with the mass AG’s office. More
