One of the best service I've seen. Called at 7:30 am for a check engine light on my 2016 Jaguar xf. Anthony gave me an appointment for 10:00 am. By 11:30 am the problem was resolved. I haven't been in for service in a while and George greeted me with the warmest of greetings and making sure my car is running good and all is good. All is good because of his outstanding customer service. He never makes you feel like your a bother. He treats everyone as if your pulling up in a brand new Jaguar. My car is 11 years old and he treats me just as good as he would with someone pulling up in a new XJ. I keep coming back to this dealership because of him. I honesty believe my car would not be in the excellent condition it is in , and runs like its brand new, if it wasn't for George's expertise, on what I need to do to maintain this car with over 200,000 miles on it. Yes, you are reading that number correct ! I have over 200 thousand miles on this car and it runs beautifully.
