Renee was great We were buying from out of state (Maine), and Renee was great to work with. The dealership was a little less organized - we drove 5 hours round trip to pay for the truck, and it turns out we could have done it from home. When we went to the dealer, we asked that the product specialist sit with us and show us all the tech-y features, and Andrea spent over an hour with us, which was really helpful. Unfortunately when our truck was delivered it didn't have all the optional equipment installed that we ordered. But, again, Renee came to the rescue and arranged for someone to come and get the truck and drive it to have the activity key installed. I definitely recommend working with Renee! More
