Not only did they patch the tire, but performed a complimentary multi-point inspection and washed my Evoque! Now that is awesome service. More

She is awesome, no other way to describe her. She knows the product, she is not pushy at all, polite, and most of all patient. My wife and i are not the easiest customers in the world, we went back and forth for a long time. Renee took us out on two different occasions in like a half a dozen vehicles and never complained or hurried us. She is a gem. When it came time to deliver the car, i was tied up in Boston, Renee, on a Friday afternoon at like 4:00, personally drove the car into Boston to deliver it to me. Unbelievable service. i have been buying cars for 40 years, purchased a lot of high end cars where you would expect to be treated like a real person and this was hands down my best experience in a dealership ever. The car is great, the people in the dealership are polite and professional, and Renee is the best of the best. The finance folks were great, they offered good add-ons but didnt push, they delivered the car, and then someone came out later and set up all the electronics for us. Unbelievable service. i will always a LandRover from now on and will get it from this dealership. I am not getting anything for writing this, i did it because i wanted to. More

I found a car that perhaps I could have found somewhere else, maybe even paid less somewhere else, but ended up buying here rather than anywhere else because of the people. When you purchase a Range Rover at Jake Kaplans you feel like family. Everyone is kind, honest and friendly. The General Manager Chris Cunnion is caring and knowledgeable and always has an open door. My sales person Dan Averbukh assisted me with making my third vehicle purchase with him. He is a sales guide and guru full of answers, and goes above and beyond to make the sales experience smooth and enjoyable. The finance paperwork was quick and there was never any pressure when doing paperwork with Mike Knutson. The service people David Meunier, and George Knipfing have always been helpful whenever I needed to make an appointment, and are very accommodating to schedule service. I just want to add that this is a place where everyone wears many hats and people step up to assist you, and if there is a question they find the answer and actually get back to you. It's not a place where people say I can't help you with that or where as soon as you drive off they forget you and that says a lot. Just saying.
